Cyclical Sigh
Cyclical Sigh is one of the fastest ways to reduce stress and bring your nervous system back into balance.
This breath is something your body already knows how to do. You naturally use it when you yawn or take a deep breath after crying or feeling overwhelmed.
It works by fully refreshing the lungs and sending a clear signal to your brain that it is safe to relax.
You will take a slow inhale through the nose, then a second short inhale to gently top up the lungs. After that, you will release the breath with a long, slow exhale through the mouth.
We will repeat this a few times together, slowly and comfortably.
