  • Terms and Conditions for The Bionic Breathwork Events and Teacher Training

    By registering for any event, workshop, or teacher training organized by The Bionic Breathwork, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Registration and Payment

    • Full payment is required to secure your spot for any event or training.

    • Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

    2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

    • Partial Refund: Cancellations made 30 or more days before the scheduled start date of the event or training are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

    • No Refund: Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled start date are not eligible for any refund.

    • Transferability: If you are unable to attend, your ticket or enrollment may be transferred to another participant at no additional cost.

    • Future Credit: Alternatively, your payment may be applied as a credit toward a future Bionic Breathwork event or teacher training, subject to availability and within 12 months of the original event date.

    3. Online Events and Technical Requirements

    • Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, a working device (computer, tablet, or smartphone), and any necessary software (such as Zoom) prior to the start of the event.

    • No Refunds for Technical Issues: The Bionic Breathwork is not responsible for participant-side technical issues such as poor internet connection, software malfunctions, or device failures.

    • We recommend testing your connection and equipment before the event.

    • Some online sessions may be recorded for educational purposes or for replay access. By participating, you consent to being part of these recordings.

    4. Event Changes

    • The Bionic Breathwork reserves the right to reschedule or relocate an event or training due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, natural disasters, technical issues).

    • Event Cancellation by The Bionic Breathwork: We reserve the right to cancel any event or training for any reason, including but not limited to low attendance. In such cases, all registered participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

    • If the event is canceled by The Bionic Breathwork, you will also have the option to transfer your registration to a future event or training.

    5. Participant Responsibility

    • All participants must be 18 years or older, unless otherwise specified.

    • By attending, you acknowledge that breathwork can involve physical and emotional intensity. You agree to participate at your own risk and disclose any relevant health conditions prior to the event.

    • The Bionic Breathwork and its facilitators are not responsible for any injuries, emotional distress, or other issues that may arise during or after participation.

    6. Liability Waiver

    By registering, you agree to release The Bionic Breathwork, its organizers, and facilitators from any liability related to your participation in the event or training.

    7. Code of Conduct

    • Respectful behavior toward all participants and facilitators is expected at all times.

    • The Bionic Breathwork reserves the right to remove any participant engaging in disruptive or unsafe behavior without refund.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All materials, recordings, and content provided during the event or training are the intellectual property of The Bionic Breathwork and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
