As a lover of learning and exploration, Terry is always seeking the next best thing in health and wellness. A deep dive into biohacking eventually led her to her first breathwork class. Terry had such an intense transformation during that first class that she knew that it would become her life's passion to share breathwork with the world. She went on to develop a highly curated style of breathwork called Bionic Breathwork. Bionic Breathwork is a mind-blowing experience using a method of active conscious connected circular breathing.   This style of breathwork is scientifically proven to produce a physiological change in your body/mind that allows you to access non ordinary states of consciousness where the monkey brain and ego turn off and the less active parts of the consciousness take over.  Benefits of Bionic Breathwork include, healing past trauma, reduction of stress and anxiety, healing chronic pain, balancing hormones, increasing intuition, and improving sleep.
