We use active breathing techniques to break through barriers in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all individuals to explore the transformative power of breathwork. 

Bionic Breathwork is a scientifically proven foundational and transformative breathwork technique that utilizes a Conscious Connected Circular Breathing pattern and short breath holds to guide participants into deep theta brainwave state (non-ordinary state of consciousness).  

Dress in layers, bring your yoga mat, and prepare to experience the power of your breath in a whole new way. Please do not eat for 1.5 hours prior to the session.
