Bionic Breathwork is a scientifically proven foundational and transformative breathwork technique that utilises a Conscious Connected Circular Breathing pattern and short breath holds to guide participants into deep theta brainwave state (non-ordinary state of consciousness).  

Dress in layers, bring your yoga mat, and prepare to experience the power of your breath in a whole new way. Please do not eat for 2 hours prior to the session.
