Alternate Nasal Breathing

Alternate nostril breathing also known as Nodhi Shodhana. A gentle, rhythmic breathing technique used to calm the nervous system, improve focus, and bring the mind back into balance.

This practice comes from yogic breathwork and has been used for centuries to steady attention and regulate energy. It is especially helpful when your thoughts feel busy or scattered.

Using your right hand, you will gently close one nostril while breathing through the other, then switch sides. The breath flows in a smooth, alternating pattern.

We will inhale through one nostril, close both briefly, then exhale through the opposite side. Moving slowly, one breath at a time.
