What to Expect at the Event:

Whether you are new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, a Bionic Breathwork session promises to be a one of a kind experience that can transform your life.  All you need to do is keep an open mind and heart.  During the session you will be laying on your mat and listening to music and breath queues from the facilitator.  The Bionic Breathwork method of conscious circular breath is backed by science with quantifiable results!  You will go through some physiological changes by offloading CO2 which results in making your blood more alkaline. In turn, your brain activity shifts and we notice less activity in the frontal cortex (home of the ego).  With the chatter of your monkey mind on mute, you will be able to access deeper layers of consciousness.  Don't be surprised if you cry, laugh, scream, and come out feeling lighter and better than ever.  You are in control of your session at all times and if things start getting too intense, you can just return to breathing deeply in and out of your nose.
